Governance

The Australian Stroke Clinical Registry (AuSCR) has four consortium partners – the Florey Institute of Neuroscience and Mental Health, Stroke Foundation, Australian and New Zealand Stroke Organisation and Monash University.

Following an external review of the AuSCR in 2022, the AuSCR governance structure has been updated (see below).

The Australian Stroke Coalition acts as a national advisory group to the AuSCR.  The Advisory Board oversees the governance of the Registry and provides strategic direction, risk management and financial oversight of the registry.   Click here to see the current members of the Advisory Board.

The Operational and Quality Improvement Committee provides oversight of registry activities, strategic direction and quality assurance.

Various working groups, including the Reperfusion and Telemedicine Subcomittee and Paediatric Subcommittee guide and support specific aspects of the AuSCR’s work.
